  pros: -friendly staff -alot of open space.(I spent some time by the pond each day during my stay. it was a nice relaxing atmosphere.) cons: -cleanliness was not a priority. -outdated -common amenities were not available.

  I'm sure in its day, this place was the place to be. Unfortunately, now it's a place not to be. The buildings are run down, the rooms are in desperate need of an update and the roads are full of potholes and bumps. Spoke to some locals who didn't even know the place was still open and thought it had closed years ago. Luckily we only spent one night there and at $99 a night in the Fall is way over priced for what they did not have. Bathrooms are tile and linoleum with yellow print, no hairdryer or refrigerator in rooms. Could hear the people above us walking back and forth. Thought it was a horse resort as well and there were no horses. Had to go down the road for that. Very disappointing and would not go back. Sad because with some updating and care this place could be great....
